1.4 技术要求：1）本招标项目最高投标限价为14万美元。
2）制造商应具有制造同类设备的经验，有销售业绩。（投标书应附用户清单及销售合同的复印件）。制造商在中国有代理或维修机构能对产品提供长期维修服务保障，投标文件应附证明材料或相关承诺书。
3）一旦中标，投标人必须是与买方签订本项目外贸合同的签约方。如投标人不具备与买方签订外贸合同的能力，将废除其投标。（说明：如产品为进口产品且须签订进口合同，中标的投标人必须以自身名义与买方或买方商务代理签订外贸合同，且可以接收中国大陆关境内的公司所付出的外汇。）
4）激光器：CO2激光器，功率≥30W。
5）采用旋转轴的工作方式完成激光头剥线动作。
6）导线大小：导线和线缆1mm~13mm(绝缘层外径)。

1）TThe ceiling of tender price for the equipment is USD140,000.00.
2）The manufacturer shall have experience in producing the same kind machine, with sales performance. (Attached the user’s list in the bidding document and the copies of sale contracts). There shall be agent or maintenance institution from the manufacturer in China for maintenance service for long period, and the certificates or the guarantees should be attached in the bid documents.
3）Once the bid is successful, the bidder must sign the purchase contract with the buyer in its own name. (Note: If the products are imported ones and the import contract must be signed, the bid winner must sign the contract on foreign trade on his/her own name with the vendee or commercial representatives from the vendee and foreign exchanges paid by company registered within Chinese mainland should be acceptable.)
4）Laser: CO2 laser with the power of at least 30 W.
5）The wire stripping by laser head should be conducted by operating of the rotary shaft.
6）Wire size: 1 mm~13 mm for wire and cable (outer diameter of the insulating layer).
