| 1)投标条件及资格要求：1.投标人应具有不少于1台芯棒或棒材加工能力大于Φ180mm规格的车削剥皮机成功的供货业绩，且该业绩供货设备为刀头旋转、工件直线运动型的芯棒或棒材车削剥皮机。2.由于招标设备为关键设备，技术要求高，任何希望参与本次投标的投标人均应在开标前与招标人联系开展技术交流并草签技术附件，投标人在投标时需要提交招标人与投标人双方草签的技术附件。投标人最晚应在开标日期十天前与招标人联系开展技术交流(项目负责人：陈樵，电话********)。未能及时联系开展技术交流并草签技术附件的投标人将被拒绝投标。如果已草签的技术附件与招标技术文件发生矛盾时，则按招标技术文件为准。 | |||
