2）.投标人必须具备当今世界先进、成熟、可靠的生产技术；拥有制造、安装、调试、维护等方面的专门技术人才和精良的设备。

3）. 投标人应具备本次招标设备同类型产品的设计及制造业绩，在中国大陆境内有已使用良好的业绩，并提交业绩证明材料。该业绩证明必须包括：1）最终用户出具的该设备验收证书复印件；或2）最终用户签订的合同的首页和尾页复印件。

2、The bider shouldown the modernly advanced, mature and reliable production technology; thespecialists and superior equipment in manufacturing, installing, commissioningand maintaining are also needed.

3、The bidder shallhave the performance design and manufacture of the bidding equipment of thesame type of product, for heavy soda ash cooling in the China in mainlandChina, and has 2 (including 2) good performance more users, and submit theproof of performance materials, please list Chinese mainland the user list. Theperformance certificate must include: 1) issued by the end user equipmentacceptance certificate photocopy; or 2) the end user contract signed betweenthe first and last copy.
