薄层涂胶机 1台

技术规格：

*（1）设备技术指标要求

*幅宽：800mm～1600mm；

*复合线速度：10m/min～400m/min；

*熔胶涂布量：0.5g/m2～3g/m2，涂胶均匀性：±0.2g/m2

2. 资质要求：

*（1）境内投标人应提供企业营业执照（事业单位需提供事业单位法人证书）（三证合一）；

*（2）境内投标人应无行贿犯罪记录，并提供由人民检察院出具且在有效期内的“行贿犯罪档案查询结果告知函”作为证明材料；

*（3）制造商具有完善的质量管理体系，并提供有效的质量管理体系认证证书（如ISO9001等）；

3. 交货的地点和时间：DAP项目现场/项目现场，*合同生效后5个月内（含设备安装、调试和验收）。

4. 招标文件售价：每包每套1000元人民币或160美元，文件售后不退。（邮购须另加100元人民币或20美元）。任何未在中化国际招标有限责任公司领购招标文件的法人或其他组织均不得参加投标。

5. 购买招标文件时间：2018年05月08日起至2018年05月15日止每天9:00~16:00（北京时间，节假日除外）。

2． Qualificationrequirements：

*（3）The manufacturers should have complete quality management system, andprovide valid quality management system certification（ISO 9001）.

3． Deliverytime and place: DAP the Buyer’s project site/ the Buyer’s project site,

* Within 5 months after the contract takes effect (including equipmentinstallation, commissioning and acceptance)

4． Theprice of bidding documents: RMB 1000 or USD $160 per package, and the documentswill not be returned. (mail order must be 100 yuan or $20). Any legal person orother organization that has not purchased the bid invitation documents inSinochem International Tendering co..
