1、 招标本次招标内容如下：中山市农产品质量监督检验检测中心（以下简称"需方"）拟采购ICP-MS 一台，用于蔬菜、食品、水质、土壤中无机元素分析，同时可以满足无机砷、三价砷、五价砷、有机硒，甲基汞等（形态分析）。本次采购内容还包括及其设计、制造、包装、运输（含保险）、需方现场安装、调试的交钥匙工程，并提供相关的技术资料及培训操作和维修人员。

2. 有意向的合格投标人可从广东省机电设备招标中心得到进一步的信息和查阅招标文件。

3. 有意向的合格投标人可从2009年7月31日起（节假日除外）上午9:00～下午5:00（北京时间）在中国广东省中山市东区中山四路63号华凯商务大厦二楼广东省机电设备招标中心中山业务部售标处购买招标文件，本招标文件售价300元人民币或50美元，售后不退。（如需邮购另加100元人民币或15美元。）

4. 所有投标文件应于2009年8月21日上午10：30（北京时间）之前递交到中国广东省中山市东区中山四路63号华凯商务大厦二楼广东省机电设备招标中心中山业务部。

5. 定于2009年8月21日上午10：30（北京时间）在中国广东省中山市东区中山四路63号华凯商务大厦二楼广东省机电设备招标中心中山业务部公开开标。请参加投标的投标人代表出席开标会。

6. 未成功登记注册的投标商，其投标将会被拒绝。开标后投标人可以上网查询招标结果。登记注册方法请上网查询。

ICP-MS Acquisition by Zhong Shan Quality Supervison & Test Center of Agricultural Products

Guangdong Machinery & Electrical Equipment Tendering Center (Hereinafter referred to as "the Tendering Agent") invites sealed bids from the eligible Bidders for the supply of the required equipments and relative services for and on behalf of the Owner. The related items are as below:

1. The bid invitation contents include:

Zhong shan Quality Supervison & Test Center of Agricultural Products now intend to acquire ONE ICP-MS machine, for analysing inorganic element exists in vegetable, food, water and soil. Another requirement of this equipment is of being able to conduct morphological analysis on inorganic Arsenic、tervalent Arsenic、quinquevalent Arsenic、organic Selenium、methyl Mercury et al. The winner in this bid is expected to provide front-to-end services including machinery design, manufacture, pack, transportation(insurance included), project site installation, commissioning, technical data hand over, training for operation and maintenance personnel etc.

2. The intended eligible Bidders may consult Guangdong Machinery & Electrical Equipment Tendering Center for the further information and the bidding documents.

3. Bidding documents are only acquirable between 9:00a.m. and 5:00p.m. (Beijing Time) from July 31, 2009 (work days only) at Zhongshan Operation Department of Guangdong Machinery & Electrical Equipment Tendering Center ,Addr: 63, Zhongshan 4th Road, Zhongshan, Guangdong, China. upon a non-refundable cost of RMB300or USD 50 for each complete set of bidding documents. For mail order, another RMB 100 for domestic or USD15 for abroad is required.

4. All Bids shall be submitted to Zhongshan Operation Department of Guangdong Machinery & Electrical Equipment Tendering Center ,Addr: 63, Zhongshan 4th Road, Zhongshan, Guangdong, China. at or before 10:30a.m. (Beijing Time) on August 21, 2009.

5. Bids will be opened at 10:30a.m. (Beijing Time) on August 21, 2009 at Zhongshan Operation Department of Guangdong Machinery & Electrical Equipment Tendering Center ,Addr: 63, Zhongshan 4th Road, Zhongshan, Guangdong, China. in the presence of Bidders representatives who choose to attend.

6. The Bidders shall successfully register on (hereinafter abb. as "the website") before deadline for submission of bids. Otherwise, the bids submitted by the Bidders who fail to register on the website will be rejected. The Bidders who have successfully registered may inspect the result of evaluation of bids on the website. In addition, the Bidders may consult the website for the registration method.
