| 3)主要技术参数： 1整机最大长度≤13850mm；高度（带驾驶室）≤2400mm，宽度≤2650mm。转弯半径：内径≤4050mm，外径≤6789mm2转向角：≥±40°，前桥固定，后桥摆动角±7°—±10°，设备最小离地间隙≥400mm，爬坡能力≥25%。3要求新购设备采用低污染发动机，发动机型号OM906LA,功率不小于170千瓦，柴油机排污应满足欧Ⅲ标准。4制动系统：要求有行车制动、停车制动系统和紧急制动，采用弹力制动，液压释放的湿式多盘安全制动形式。5冲击锤： 冲击能量≥450J；防尘系统：水冲洗；冲击频率≥1200bpm；工作压力：100-109bar，锤头带倾斜及摆动功能。6撬毛破碎锤能达到的最大垂直距离≥9.8m；撬毛破碎锤能达到的最大水平距离≥14m；工作臂可回转±40°；撬毛锤可旋转±45°；撬毛锤上下倾斜120°;冲击锤可伸缩≥600mm。7采用全封闭带空调驾驶室，前窗要使用钢化玻璃并带防护栏，同时要求有良好的工作视野。8整机平衡性良好，安全棚要经过FOPS认证，要有足够强度，防落石、防倾翻，在车辆倾翻的情况下，能保证操作人员的安全。; | |||

| baohua（Hereinafter referred to as Tendering Agency）is commissioned by meishan steel（Hereinafter referred to as tenderer）on international open bidding for the following goods required in the scaltec and invites eligible bidders to online e-bidding。 | |||

| 3)Technical specifications： Technical specifications： *1. Maximum length of complete equipment ≤13850mm; height (with cab) ≤2400mm, width ≤2650mm. Steering radius: inner diameter ≤4050mm, outer diameter ≤6790mm.*2. Steering angle: ≥±40°, fixed front axle, rear axle swing angle at ±7° - ±10°. Minimum ground clearance of equipment ≥400mm. Gradeability ≥25%.*3. The newly-purchased equipment should be installed with low pollution engine , and the power is not less than 170 kilowatts. The diesel emissions should meet the Euro III Emission Standards.*4. Braking system: It is required to adopt the service brake, parking brake system and emergency brake, with the wet multi-plate safety brake for elastic brake and hydraulic release.*5. Impact hammer: impact energy ≥450J; dustproof system: water washable; impact frequency ≥1200bpm; working pressure: 100-110bar, hammerhead with tilting and swinging functions.*6. The scaling quartering hammer can reach the maximum vertical distance at ≥9.8m and the maximum horizontal distance at ≥14m. The upper arm is equipped with a retractable level at ≥2000mm.*7. The cab should be fully-enclosed and air-conditioned, with cab noise ≤85 dB. The front window should be in tempered glass with protective rails, and should be convenient for the driver to watch.*8. The entire equipment should be in good balance. The protective grid must be qualified in the FOPS certification, and should be strong enough to prevent rockfall and overturning. The operators safety can be guaranteed in case of vehicle overturning.; | |||
