本次信息征询工作旨在了解合格的航空领域设备供应商可为上海飞机制造有限公司建设项目提供的产品和服务，且此次征询工作仅为信息收集，不涉及资格预审和招投标环节，供应商均本着自愿原则提供有关信息，并且不因此对上海飞机制造有限公司和中化国际招标有限责任公司产生任何法律上的权利。

3）电缆生产类（如电缆线束编织机、电缆导通测试设备、电缆划线工作台、电缆激光打印机和套管打印机等）；

China Commercial Aircraft Ltd is the holder of the type certificate (TC) and production license (PC) of COMAC919 and series aircrafts, solely responsible for the COMAC919 and series aircrafts in product R & D, manufacturing, marketing and sales, as well as product support.

Shanghai Aircraft Manufacturing Co., Ltd is a wholly owned enterprise under China Commercial Aircraft Ltd. 2. The projects under construction and preparation in Shanghai Aircraft Manufacturing Co., Ltd include: the start-up project for construction of the conditions of mass-production of ARJ21 new jetliners, the construction project of Pudong Base, the investment projects of major fixed assets as well as sporadic fixed assets and so on.

3. Entrusted by Shanghai Aircraft Manufacturing Co., Ltd, Sinochem International Tendering Co., Ltd, as the agency of the information requesting activity for aviation equipment suppliers of this time, takes charge of the information requesting work.

The purpose of the information requesting work this time is just to find out the qualified aviation equipment suppliers, as well as the products and services for the project construction of Shanghai Aircraft Manufacturing Co., Ltd. And the request work this time is for information collection only, involving no pre-qualification and tendering links, so suppliers should provide the relevant information in the light of voluntariness, without any legal rights to Shanghai Aircraft Manufacturing Co., Ltd and Sinochem International Tendering Co., Ltd.

Suppliers (manufacturers and agents) shall meet the following requirements:

1) Supplies should have the right to independently conclude supply contract;

2) The ability to perform the supply contract, including goods manufacturing license, the capacity in manufacturing, factory inspection, transportation, acceptance and etc.

5) No serious illegal behaviors and major product quality problems in the recent three years.

4. Overview on equipment categories (including but not limited to):

1) Test equipments for production line (such as the test equipment for fuel system, the test equipment for hydraulic/landing gear system, the test equipment for avionics system, the test equipment for power supply system and electrical system, fuselage air-tight test equipment, flight log decoder and etc.);

2) Tubes (such as tube cutting machine, CNC tube bender, CNC tube measuring machine, tube non-flaring equipment, hydraulic tube test bench and etc.);

3) Cable production (e.g., knitter for cable and wiring harness, cable conducting test equipment, cable scribing worktable, cable laser printer and casing printer and etc.);

4) Ground support equipments for flight-test (such as movable lift truck, aircraft tractor, aircraft oil-can, wastewater ground service bus (aircraft sewage disposal vehicle), automatic passenger stairs, ground power unit, truck-mounted aerial work platform and etc.);

5) Physical and chemical measurement (such as metal impact tester, constant temperature and humidity test tank, pressure calibrating device, low frequency fatigue tester, electronic tensile tester, micro-hardness tester, oil analysis system, pulse precision sound level meter, portable oscilloscope, measuring receiver and etc.);

6) Surface treatment (such as aluminum alloy chemical milling line, phosphoric acid anodizing line, aluminum alloy chromic acid anodizing line, stainless steel titanium alloy acid cleaning passivation line, salt-furnace and etc.);

7) Machining (like three coordinates CNC gantry milling machine, five coordinates horizontal/vertical CNC machining center (able to be equipped with dust collecting system), CNC grinding machine, CNC wire cutting machine, CNC internal and external grinding machine, EDM shaping machine, four coordinates CNC horizontal floor-type boring and milling machine, laser cutter, high-rise tool store, automatic data plotter and etc);

8) Information-based construction (logistics management system software, process simulation software, the security management and core switch for LAN system, database server and fiber channel switch and etc.);

9) Metal plate work (rubber bladder hydraulic press, CNC bending machine, skin stretch forming machine, aircraft skin flexible clamp device, rubber pad hydraulic press, gantry-type five-axle linkage stirring friction welding machine, titanium alloy heat press molding machine and electric heating shaping furnace, section steel roll bending machine, sheet metal templet milling machine, CNC sheet metal blanking milling machine and etc).

10) Fuselage tooling (laser collimator, laser tracker system, flexible drilling equipment, electromagnetic riveting equipment and etc.)

11) Composite material processing (ultrasonic composite materials honeycomb milling machine, high speed honeycomb bandsaw, automatic blanking machine, automatic tape-laying machine, curing oven, flame sprayed aluminum, autoclave, high-pressure water jet cutting machine, RTM hydraulic press, five coordinates CNC milling and drilling machine (with flexible clamp), stitching machine, water curtain and etc.)

12) Glue joint (high-pressure airless glue spraying equipment, centralized dedusting system, glue spraying chamber, drying oven, refrigeratory and etc.);

13) Inspection and flaw detection (water-jet C scanner detecting system, portable scanners, X-ray equipment, ultrasonic thickness gauge);
