| 3)主要技术参数： 鞍钢股份有限公司炼铁总厂烧结厂二烧车间成品烧结矿自动取样、成分化验检测存在人为误差；三烧车间成品烧结矿自动取样装置功能配置低、无输送管道，各类烧结矿指标人工检测，存在人为误差。现对二烧、三烧车间做针对性改造：二烧新建烧结矿全自动采制样系统、全自动样品风送系统和铁化实验室新上全自动检验分析系统；三烧原有烧结矿采制样设备功能进行完善，新建全自动样品风送系统。二烧和三烧烧结矿化验检测共用原有进行了改造的铁化实验室，实现烧结矿采样、制样、送样、数据上传及备样自动打包、粘贴标签的全流程自动控制，设备整体运行满足无人值守要求。招标范围：该系统主要由烧结矿自动发送站、接收站、转换站（风动送样）、化验室全自动检验分析系统相应地配套辅助设备组成。投标人对系统的总集成和完整性负责，对系统保证指标负责。同一样品连续制样压片11个，在同一时间X荧光检测，计算其允许偏差，的允许偏差≤0.2。详见招标文件。; | |||

| 3)Technical specifications： There are human error in automatic sampling and component testing of finished sinter in the sintering plant of sintering plant of Angang Steel Company Limited; The function of automatic sampling device of finished product sinter in the sintering workshop is low, there is no conveyance pipeline, all kinds of sinter indicators are manually tested, and there is human error. In this paper, we have made a targeted transformation of the two and three sintering workshops: automatic sample production system, automatic sample air delivery system and new automatic inspection and analysis system of the iron chemical laboratory. The function of the original sinter sample production equipment is improved, and a new automatic sample air delivery system is built.
