| 1)投标条件及资格要求：（1）投标方应具有同类设备近五年的成功供货业绩。（2）两台管端螺纹车丝机集中左右布置，平面布置应满足特殊扣及API油套管生产工艺流程和招标技术文件产品大纲的要求。（3）由于本项目是在现有场地进行改造，两台车丝机分别布置在生产线的两侧，要求每台车丝机操作侧均位于钢管出料方向，以实现操作岗位与检验岗位的合并。 | |||

| baohua（Hereinafter referred to as Tendering Agency）is commissioned by （Hereinafter referred to as tenderer）on international open bidding for the following goods required in Tube threading machine and invites eligible bidders to online e-bidding。 | |||
| 1. | The name, quantity, technical specifications and fund sources of goods for tendering： | ||
| 1)The name：Tube threading machine; | |||
| 2)Quantity：two sets; | |||
| 3)Technical specifications：The buyer shall add 2 sets of tube threading machines and the corresponding auxiliary facilities at 3# and 4# threading machines of existing 2# tube processing line, so as to improve the production capacity scale of the existing 2# tube processing line. After project implementation, 3# and 4# threading machines have the manufacturability of annual output of 45,000t premium thread petroleum casing and 50,000 API petroleum casing. | 1)Requirements of Bidder’s qualification：(1)The bidder shall have the successful goods supply performance of the similar equipment in recent five years.(2)Two sets of pipe end thread threading machines have the concentrated horizontal layout, and the plane layout shall satisfy manufacturing process of premium thread and API tubing and casing and requirements in product outline of the tendering technical document.(3)The project is reconstructed at the existing site, and two threading machines are arranged at both sides of the production line respectively. It is required that the operation side of each threading machine shall be at the discharge direction of the steel tube, so as to realize combination of the operation post and the inspection post. | |||
