Air China Media Co., Ltd. hereby launches an open procurement of in-flight music programs, and sincerely invites eligible suppliers to bid. This announcement is also simultaneously made available at the procurement platform of Air China’s portal website: www.airchina.com.cn/cn/contact_us/cgpt.

一、项目名称：机上音乐节目采购项目

I. Project Name: Procurement Project of In-flight Music Programs

二、项目内容：采购三大唱片公司的音乐唱片和版权供国航机上使用。

II. Item Description: Purchase of music records and copyrights of the three major record companies for use on Air China.

三、供应商资格要求：

需具备索尼音乐、索尼ATV、华纳音乐、华纳CHAPPELL

、环球音乐和环球发行六家公司的授权或许可文件。

III. Provider Qualifications: Must be licensed by SONY MUSIC\SONY ATV\WARNER MUSIC\WARNER CHAPPELL\UNIVERSAL MUSIC\UNIVERSAL MUSIC PUBLISHING six companies for distribution.

四、报名材料：

1、经年检合格的营业执照副本（复印件），或一切能够证明该企业合法存续的证明文件。

2、符合供应商资格要求的证明文件（复印件）。

3、公司介绍（对公司整体情况的介绍，同时还需要包括：与哪些航空公司具有合作关系等）。

以上材料须加盖公章或签字。

IV. Bidding Documents:

1. A duplicate copy of certificates that prove the lawful existence of the company, including, but not limited to, the following:

a. A business license showing the company has passed annual inspection;

b. Others.

2. Duplicate copies of supporting documents proving that providers meet the qualification requirements.

3. Company introduction, including company profile and collaborative relationships with airlines.

The above documents should be affixed with corporate seals or signature.

五、报名方式：供应商一律以电子邮件方式在报名截止日前之前，将报名材料电子扫描件发送至项目联系人邮箱，邮件主题为项目名称。

V. How to Apply: Email scanned copies of application documents to project contact persons before the deadline while indicating the project name in the email subject line.

六、报名截止时间：2018年8月24日上午10点（北京时间）。

VI. Deadline: 10:00 a.m. Beijing time Aug 24, 2018.

七、谈判时间：收到报名材料后会通过电子邮件通知谈判时间。

VII. Negotiation Time: The negotiation time will be emailed after receiving the application documents.

八、谈判材料：
