Technical specifications:

The bidding equipment, including hardwareand software parts, are thermal characteristics tester (1 set) and thermalsimulation and analysis software (1 set). It can be used to test the steady andtransient thermal resistance of various discrete devices (including diodes,transistors, MOSFET, IGBT, high-power LED), analyze the heat dissipationcharacteristics of each layer of power devices, assist in thermal design ofpower devices, diagnose the defects and failure analysis of packagingstructures, etc.

2．Delivery time: 3 months after the entry into force of thecontract.
