3.1投标人简要技术及资格要求： 资格标准： (1)投标厂商所投设备的制造商应是国际、国内非晶态箔带制备设备相关行业设备制造公司，通过ISO9001系列企业质量体系认证，具有设备的设计、制造、安装和售后的服务能力。 (2)一旦中标，投标人必须是与买方签订本项目外贸合同的签约方。如投标人不具备与买方签订外贸合同的能力，将废除其投标。（说明：如产品为进口产品且须签订进口合同，中标的投标人必须以自身名义与买方或买方商务代理签订外贸合同，且可以接收中国大陆关境内的公司所付出的外汇。） 主要技术要求： (最大炉量)容量：≥1kg；最高加热温度：1600℃；制备箔带厚度：0.03~0.06mm；(制备)箔带最大宽度：≥50mm；
