| 3)主要技术参数： 本次招标的电磁稳定装置为机电一体的集成设备，主要包含以下内容，投标人可根据其设计方案进行增补，并保证所供系统的完整性。（1）电磁稳定装置及其辅助设备 1套主要含电磁稳定装置设备及底座、系统软件、螺栓连接件及垫板、机上配管、配线等。（2）电控系统 1套 主要含电控柜、远程/现场操作盘等。（3）支撑软件 1套（4）电缆（供电电缆、通信电缆等，含接头和模块） 若干（5）冷却系统（压缩空气阀门、配管等） 若干（6）特殊工器具 若干（7）其他的必需件（含调试备件） 若干; | |||

| 1)投标条件及资格要求：（1）同类设备具有成功投运的实绩，投标人在投标书中提供业绩表和证明材料。（2）设备CIF价不得超过82万美元（也不超过560万人民币）。（3）投标设备应为国际领先设备，应为进口设备。投标人需具备外汇签约资质。（4）如投标人为代理商则必须具有制造商针对本项目的唯一授权证书并在投标文件中提供。（5）投标人或其代理的制造商必须在开标五个工作日以前与招标人完成技术交流、签署技术附件，并将技术附件作为投标文件的一部分。如招标文件与草签附件不一致，以招标文件为准修正技术附件，修正内容需在招标前与招标人确认。 | |||

| 1)Requirements of Bidder’s qualification：(1) The similar equipment shall have the achievement of successful operation. The bidder shall provide the performance table and the certification material in the bidding document.(2) CIF price of the equipment shall not exceed 820,000 dollars (and not exceeding RMB 5,600,000 yuan).(3) The bidding equipment shall be the world"s leading equipment, and shall be the imported equipment. The bidder shall have the foreign exchange signing qualification.(4) If the bidder is the agent, the unique authorization certificate of the project from the manufacturer must be provided in the bidding document.(5) The bidder or the agent manufacturer thereof must complete technical exchange with the tenderer and sign the technical appendix 5 working days before bid opening, and take the technical appendix as a part of the bidding document. If the tender document is inconsistent with the initialed appendix, the technical appendix shall be revised based on the tender document, and the revision contents shall be confirmed with the tenderer before tender. | |||
