| 3)主要技术参数： 压滤机处理介质为经辐流沉淀池浓缩后的OG泥浆，该物料相关参数如下：脱水前泥浆浓度：15～25%（重量比）[此处浓度、比重和温度再确认~]脱水前泥浆比重： 约2.0 t/m3泥浆温度：30～50℃PH值： 10～13脱水机工作时间：每天24小时 污泥化学分析百分组成：污泥中40~66%为铁的氧化物，其余为石墨粉以及硅、钙、镁的氧化物，粒度分布为：10~40μm, 11%；40~60μm，13%；>60μm，76%，钙硬度：500-1000ppm（最高2000ppm）。（其它详见招标技术文件）; | |||

| 1)投标条件及资格要求：（1）投标商应具有本标书的设计能力和设备成套能力，须具有在大型钢铁企业炼钢（单台转炉≥120吨）OG系统使用悬梁厢式压滤机二年以上的成功业绩，并对设备的使用性能、使用安全性和可靠性、设备质量、供货的完整性、安装指导及调试负责。（2）投标商应提供在大型钢铁企业炼钢（单台转炉≥120吨）OG系统使用二年以上的成功业绩的相关证明文件（用户证明或合同复印件）。（3）投标商所提供压滤机及其所用的设备和材料（包括液压站、液压缸、液压油管、钢材、滤板、滤布等）原产地应为美国、欧洲。投标人必须是制造商，所投标的压滤机必须在品牌原产国成套。投标人必须有外汇签约资质。（4）投标商需出具承诺函，承诺在供货时提供美国或欧盟出具的原产地证明，并提供材料原厂（包括液压站、液压缸、液压油管、钢材、滤板、滤布等）提供的出厂检测报告，钢部件需出具出厂材质检测报告。 | |||

| 1)Requirements of Bidder’s qualification：（1）The bidder shall be provided with the design capacity and the ability of equipment assembly under this document, with more than two years of successful performance of the cantilever box type filter press in OG system of steelmaking in large iron and steel enterprises (single converter≥120 tons), and be responsible for equipment performance, safety and reliability, equipment quality, supply integrity, installation guidance and commissioning.（2）The bidder shall provide relevant supporting documents (user certificates or copies of the contract) for the successful performance of the OG system used for more than two years in the steelmaking (single converter ≥120 tons) of large iron and steel enterprises.（3）The filter press provided by the bidder and the equipment and materials (including hydraulic station, hydraulic cylinder, hydraulic tubing, steel, filter plate and press cloth) uses shall be originated from the United States and Europe. The bidder shall be the manufacturer and the filter press in the country of origin of the brand. The bidder shall be provided with the foreign exchange signing qualification.（4）The bidder shall issue the undertaking letter, undertaking to provide the certificate of origin issued by the United States or the European Union at the time of supply, and provide the factory inspection report of the original material (including hydraulic station, hydraulic cylinder, hydraulic tubing, steel, filter plate and press cloth), and the steel parts shall be provided with the report of factory test before shipping. | |||
