| 3)主要技术参数： 硬件部分： X荧光仪主体：*X射线发生系统： X光管：上照式（光管在试样上方）、端窗、薄窗口、铑靶电压：0－50 kv电流：0－100mA最大功率：不小于3.5Kw*固定通道配置至少应包含：Si(Kα)，Mn(Kα)，P(Kα)，S(Kα)，Ti(Kα)，Cu(Kα),Ni(Kα),Cr(Kα),As(Kα),Sn(Kα),Pb(Lβ)。*各固定通道为独立分光检测方式（不可有一个固定通道检测两个或以上元素的配置。）*分析速度要求：在设备保证精度下，完成铁水试样分析（分析元素见2.1.3中铁水相关描述）的总时长（自动化流程：从试样达到荧光仪响应位置到检测数据传送至数据处理计算机）不得超过120秒。; | |||
