8.3 设备主要技术要求：

*（3） 设备应包括专家系统，可自动对成像系统捕获的颗粒图像进行智能识别与分类，包括：可自动识别金属磨粒和非金属颗粒；可自动区分金属磨粒的性质，包括切削磨损、接触/滑动磨损、疲劳磨损等；可自动区分非金属颗粒的性质，包括纤维、气泡、游离水等。

*（4）仪器内置颗粒计数功能，计数准确性和重复性JJG1061-2010的规定。

2.资质要求：*①投标人提供有效的营业登记证明文件；

*②设备制造商具有完善的质量管理体系，并提供有效的质量管理体系认证证书（如ISO9001等）；

3.交货的地点和时间：买方项目现场交货价（境内供货）、CIP北京首都机场价（境外供货），合同生效后3个月内。

4.招标文件售价：每包每套1000元人民币或160美元，文件售后不退。（邮购须另加100元人民币或20美元）。任何未在中化国际招标有限责任公司领购招标文件的法人或其他组织均不得参加投标。

*(3) The equipment should include an expert system, which can automatically recognize and classify the image of particles captured by the imaging system, including: automatic recognition of metal and non-metal particles; automatic identification of the properties of metal abrasives, including cutting wear, contact/sliding wear, fatigue wear; automatic identification of non-metal particles. The properties of granules include fibers, bubbles, free water and so on.

2． Qualification requirements：①Bidders shall provide valid business license.

②The manufacturers should have complete quality management system, and provide valid quality management system certification

3． Delivery time and place: the Buyer’s project site (domestic cargo), CIP(overseas cargo)，within 3 months after the entry into force of the contract.
