3、投标人资格要求Qualification Requirements For Bidder
投标人应具备的资格或业绩： 必须是来自中华人民共和国国内或是与中华人民共和国有正常贸易往来的国家和地区的投标人。投标人在国内外有类似本项目的已运行业绩(20000m3/h的CO冷箱)不少于三套，并在投标书中列明业绩清单。业绩表中应表明哪些用户已购买了与本标书相同或类似的设备。该表应包括工厂名称、设备规格、主要材质、购买日期。同时需提供业绩证明文件，如合同书、用户报告或用户证明。

Qualifications or Performance：The Bidder should come from the people’s republic of China or the countries who has the healthy trading relations with China. at least 3 running successfully CO separation projects with each single unit capacity not less than 20000Nm3/h, bidder should provide a project list to indicate which users have purchased the same or similar equipments and have been using for at least two years. The table shall include factory names, equipments specification, main materials, and date of purchase.The performance proof documents, for instance, contract, user’s report or user’s certificate should also be provided.
