广东省机电设备招标公司受业主—广州钻石车胎有限公司的委托，就其所需的“摩托轮胎设备采购”项下的设备及服务进行国际公开招标。现邀请合格投标人参加密封投标。

1. 招标产品的名称、数量及主要技术参数:

第一包(0612-1040A*******/01)：

设备名称：摩托子午胎三层液压专用加硫机 36台

⑴ 最大合模力:80t

⑵ 热板直径:800mm

第二包(0612-1040A*******/02):

设备名称：摩托丁基内胎气门嘴全自动上螺母机 4台

⑴加料斗一次投料量: 2Kg

⑵螺母上紧力: 3-5NM

第三包(0612-1040A*******/03)：

设备名称：摩托子午胎胎面卷成裁断胶囊反包成型机 2台

⑴生产效率：约30条/小时

⑵裁断长度：600mm～1800mm，精度±1mm

2. 招标文件售价:

第一包每套800元人民币或150美元(非现金)；

第二包每套100元人民币或30美元(非现金)；

第三包每套300元人民币或80美元(非现金)；

招标文件售后不退，如需邮寄（仅限速递方式）,每包须另加100元人民币或50美元(非现金)。招标机构对邮寄过程中的遗失及延误不负任何责任。

3. 购买招标文件时间: 从2010年5月19日至2010年6月4日，每天(节假日除外)上午9:00～11:30及下午14:00～17:00(北京时间，下同)，在广州市环市中路316号金鹰大厦10楼广东省机电设备招标公司招标一部发售。

4. 有意向的投标人购买招标文件后请务必同时在中国国际招标网 www.chinabidding.com上进行注册登记，并按要求将登记表签名盖章后寄往该网站审批和备案。否则将会导致投标无效。

5. 投标截止时间：2010年6月8日上午9:30。所有投标文件应在此时间前递交到广东省机电设备招标公司本项目开标地点，迟于此时间递交的投标文件将被拒绝。

Entrusted by the Guangzhou Diamond Tire Co., Ltd, Guangdong machinery & Electric Equipment Tendering Corporation invite sealed bids from eligible suppliers home and abroad for the supply of the following goods and/or service by way of International Competitive Bidding.

Name: Full automatic nut fitting machine for the motorcycle butyl tube valve 4sets

⑴ each feeding capacity for the feed hopper 2Kg

⑵ locking force for the nut 3-5NM

Name: Bladder turn-up builder for rolling up and cutting of motor radial tyre tread 2sets

⑴ Producing efficiency:About 30/h

⑵ Cutting length600mm～1800mm，precision±2mm

2.Price of Biding Documents：

Package1: RMB 800(domestic) or USD 150（non-cash）（abroad）；

Package2: RMB 100(domestic) or USD 30（non-cash）（abroad）；

Package3: RMB 300(domestic) or USD 80（non-cash）（abroad）；

Non-refundable payment for each set. For mail order ( Only by express post), please add RMB 100(domestic) or USD50（non-cash）（abroad）on top for each set. If any lost of post, Bidding Corporation should not be responsibility for this case.

3. Time of Selling Biding Documents:Between 9:00 to 11:30 a.m. and 2:00 to 5:00 p.m. (Beijing time) from May.19th, 2010 to Jun. 4th, 2010 (Saturday, Sundays and holidays except).
