资格要求： 1) 本次投标不允许联合体投标。 2) 投标商提供的5000Hz振动台必须为成熟可靠产品，具备高可靠性、高稳定性和连续工作的能力，抗干扰能力强，易于操作，维修方便；为确保振动台测试系统为成熟可靠产品，振动台制造商须提供长期稳定工作2年以上的数量3台或以上的同型号（即工作频率范围5 Hz ~5000Hz）产品业绩，提供实际用户名单及相应用户的联系方式，便于招标方联系考察。 3) 投标商提供的32通道应变测试系统在北美、欧洲、中国均有同类型设备销售记录。设备制造商有制造同类设备五年以上的经验，在中国至少有十套以上设备的销售业绩，并提供实际用户名单及相应用户的联系方式，便于招标方联系考察。

主要技术要求： （1）振动台主体 最小动圈直径和台面直径：≥Ф300 mm 正弦推力：≥28 kN 随机推力：≥28 kN （2）功率放大器功放输出功率：≥60 kVA

Qualification： 1)Collective bidding is not acceptable for this bidding. 2)The5,000 Hz vibrator provided by the tenderer must be mature and reliable, andshould ensure high reliability and stability, capacity of continuous operation,strong antijamming capability, simple operation and easy maintenance. To ensurethat the vibrator is mature and reliable product, the vibration manufacturermust provide a performance record of 3 or more sets of the same-model (i.e.,with an operating frequency range of 5 Hz ~5,000 Hz) products operatingsteadily for more than 2 years, as well as the list of user names and thecontact information of the users to facilitate the tender’s contact for investigation.
