1.4 技术要求：(1) 投标方投标产品若是代理国外的产品，必须获得制造商合法的直接授权书（需提供原件）；

(2)本次投标机型在制造行业有用户使用，提供用户清单、联系人及联系方式、销售合同复印件(使用与本次投标同一型号设备3年以上的客户不少于10个)，并提供至少3个已交付产品的精度检测报告；

(3)一旦中标，投标人必须是与买方签订本项目外贸合同的签约方。如投标人不具备与买方签订外贸合同的能力，将废除其投标。（说明：如产品为进口产品且须签订进口合同，中标的投标人必须以自身名义与买方或买方商务代理签订外贸合同，且可以接收中国大陆关境内的公司所付出的外汇。）

(4)投标人应提供在开标日前三个月内由其开立基本账户的银行开具的银行资信证明的原件或者复印件,境内投标人应提供投标人银行基本账户开户许可证。

(5)设备为立式结构，使用高精度线形滑轨。

(6)行程：X≥1270mm、Y≥670mm、Z≥625mm。

(7)工作台尺寸≥1300mm×670mm。

(8)旋转轴分度精度：A/B轴≤15″；旋转轴重复精度：≤6″

(1) the manufacturer shall have experiencein the manufacture of similar equipment and have sales performance.Manufacturers in China have agents or maintenance agencies to provide long-termmaintenance services to the product.

(2) This tendered model should be under usein the manufacture industry. A list of the user names, contact persons andcontacts, and the sales contract copies (at least 10 users who are using thesame model for over 3 years) should be provided. In addition, the accuracy testreport for at least 3 delivered products should be provided.

(3) The bidder must be the contractor thathas signed with vendee the contract on foreign trade for this project once thebid has been won. If the bidder is not qualified to sign with the vendee thecontract on foreign trade, the accepted bid shall be abandoned. (Note: If theproducts are imported ones and the import contract must be signed, the bidwinner must sign the contract on foreign trade on his/her own name with thevendee or commercial representatives from the vendee and foreign exchanges paidby company registered within Chinese mainland should be acceptable.)

(4)The bidder shall provide the issuedoriginal or copy of the bank reference by its basic open account bank. The dateshall be three months before the bid opening.
