3、The bidder qualifications required:
(1) meet the Government Procurement Law Article 22 of the relevant regulations.
(2) The bidder is a professional manufacturer of the bidding goods or a trade company authorized by the manufacturer ( acting as an agent ). If the agent bids, it needs to provide the manufacturer"s authorization ( legal source channel certificate ).
