1、 招标产品的名称、数量：
中文：
原子力扫描探针显微镜 1套；
对样品微米至纳米量级区域进行形貌及其物理特性的观测分析。主要采用原子力扫描探针显微镜在大气条件下直接观测有机涂层老化（加速）试验前后表面微观形貌的变化以及涂料研制过程中颜填料的分布情况；在液体环境下进行涂层用树脂聚合物随环境气氛的变化情况研究以及海洋细菌等微生物在防污涂层上的附着过程研究；在电化学条件下进行金属材料在腐蚀性介质中的腐蚀发生情况研究；同时还需用于隐身材料研制中对磁性材料的分布状况的分析测试。

Atomic Force Scanning Probe Microscope 1 set
It is for observation and analysis on the morphology and physical features of samples in a magnitude of micrometer to nanometer. It is mainly to observe directly the change in micro morphology in surface before and after aging (acceleration) of organic coating as well as the distribution of pigment/filler during development of coating; research on the change in resin polymer for coating along with the environmental atmosphere under liquid environment as well as the attachment process of such microbes as marine bacteria, etc. on the anti-fouling coating; research on the occurrence of corrosion of metallic material in corrosive media under electromechanical condition; also for analysis and test of distribution of magnetic material in the development of stealth materials, etc.
