1、 招标产品的名称、数量及主要技术参数：

自动下料设备 1台
该设备用于复合材料单层预浸料的裁切。根据招标人设计的料块的形状、尺寸及下料角度要求，自动完成在预浸料连续卷料上的最节约原材料的排料方式，并通过机械切割自动完成料块的切割下料。涉及材料包括碳纤维单向纤维预浸布，碳纤维编织预浸布，玻璃纤维单向纤维预浸布，玻璃纤维编织预浸布。预浸布均为夹层结构，两面是离型纸或者塑料膜，中间夹芯为碳纤维或玻璃纤维预浸材料。设备应已在航空航天相同的应用要求下采用，并有在用设备。
*8.1.1采用固定台面、移动刀架切割方式。有效最大切割长度≥8米，有效最大切割宽度1.8米。
*8.1.5裁切尺寸精度≤0.76mm。

Automatic cutting equipment 1 set
This equipment is used for the cutting of the single-layer prepreg of the composite. It is expected to automatically complete the feeding of the continuously rolling prepreg in a most efficient manner according to the design requirements relating to the shape, size and the cutting angles of the medium by the tenderee, and to automatically complete the cutting mechanically of the prepreg. The materials of the prepreg include unidirectional carbon fiber prepreg cloth, carbon fiber woven prepreg cloth, unidirectional glass fiber prepreg cloth, glass fiber woven prepreg cloth. The prepreg cloth is generally of sandwich structure with release paper or plastic film on both sides and carbon fiber or glass fiber prepreg in the center. The equipment shall have been applied to the aviation & aerospace industry with the same requirements from this one, and there are the same equipments in service at present.
*8.1.1 The cutting type of fixed table and mobile cutter holder shall be employed. The maximum efficient cutting length shall not be below 8 meters and the maximum efficient cutting width shall be 1.8 meters.
*8.1.5 The cutting size accuracy: ≤0.76mm.
