| 1)投标条件及资格要求：1、投标方应对所提供设备的技术总负责，投标设备应是国际上成熟、可靠、先进的设备。本次招投标的设备必须原装进口，并在供货时提供原产地证明。投标人应对设备的功能、质量、使用性能、供货的完整性、安装指导、现场培训及调试负责。2、如投标人为代理商，需提供制造商独家授权书，投标人须有外汇签约资质。3、投标人所提供的企业资质齐全，所有企业资料真实，并在有效期内；制造商应通过ISO 9000质量认证，并提供相关的有效证书复印件。制造商应是国际专业X射线应力仪设备制造厂商，并提供与招标设备同类产品业绩证明。售后服务技术支持方面，要有专职维修和技术支持工程师和专职技术培训工程师。4、本招标书所使用标准如与投标方所执行标准发生矛盾时，按较高标准执行。 | |||

| 1)Requirements of Bidder’s qualification：1、The bidder shall be responsible for the technology of the equipment provided. The bidding equipment shall be proven, reliable and state-of-the-art in the world. The equipment shall be imported with original package, and the bidder shall provide certificate of origin when supply. The bidder shall be responsible for function, quality, performance, supply integrity, equipment installation guidance, site training and debugging.2、If the bidder is an agent, the manufacturer"s exclusive authorization shall be provided, and the bidder shall have the qualification of contract signing for foreign exchange.3、The bidder shall provide complete and authentic enterprise qualifications which are within the validity period. The manufacturer shall have passed ISO 9000 quality certification and shall provide copies of the relevant valid certificates. The manufacturer shall be an international professional manufacturer of x-ray stress meter, and the performance certificate of products similar to the bidding equipment shall be provided. In terms of after-sales technical support, there should be full-time maintenance and technical support engineers and full-time technical training engineers.4、In case of any conflict between any standard cited herein and the standard applied by the bidder, the more stringent one shall prevail. | |||
