2．招标文件售价：600 元人民币/包或 100 美元/包。
3．购买招标文件时间：即日起，每天上午8：30-11：30，下午13：30-16：30（北京时间，法定节假日除外）。
4．购买招标文件地点：北京市海淀区首体南路22号国兴大厦11层国信招标集团有限公司前台。
5．投标截止时间和开标时间：2010年9月29日上午9：30（北京时间），逾期递交的投标文件恕不接受。
6．投标文件递交地点：北京市海淀区首体南路22号国兴大厦9层国信招标集团有限公司开标室，届时请投标人派授权代表参加开标仪式。
7．开标地点：北京市海淀区首体南路22号国兴大厦9层国信招标集团有限公司开标室。
8．有兴趣的合格投标人可在国信招标集团有限公司得到进一步的信息和查阅招标文件。
9．投标厂商网上注册：根据商务部有关规定，投标人在购买招标文件后应及时在中国国际招标网上注册（http://www.chinabidding.com），并将《供货商注册登记表》打印并加盖公章或法人代表签字后邮寄给网站，同时传真给国信招标集团有限公司备案。

2. Price of Bidding Documents: 100USD (600RMB YUAN) for each package. No express mail order will be accepted.
3. Bidding document selling date: From now on to the deadline for submitting bids, 8:30am-17:00pm every day (Beijing Time, except Saturday, Sunday and public holidays in China).
4. Address of bidding document selling: 11th Floor, Guoxing Mansion, 22# South Shouti Road, Haidian District, Beijing, P. R .C. The Authority letter for buying the bidding document, the ID card copy of the buyer and the copy of the shop card should be supported when purchasing the bidding document.
5. The Deadline for Submitting Bids/Time of Bid Opening (Beijing Time): 10:00am (Beijing Time) on September 29, 2010. Late bids will be rejected. Bids will be opened in the presence of the bidders’ representatives at the time indicated deadline of bids.
6. Place of Bid Opening: Bid Opening Room 9th Floor, Guoxing Mansion, 22# South Shouti Road, Haidian District, Beijing, P. R .C..
7. Bidders register on website: As requirement of Ministry of Commerce of P.R.C., mail the 《Register Table of Supplier》sealed or signed by your representative to website office. At the same time, fax this table above to GUOXIN Tendering Group Ltd.
