1.1 设备用途 用于对已成形的圈式高压定子线圈进行主绝缘包扎，还可以包扎条式线棒。 1.2 机器描述 鉴于线圈主绝缘的包扎在成形后，成形后的线圈两端都有鼻子，其中一端是非引线端鼻子，另一端是引线端鼻子。整个线圈的形状是三维立体的。对于这类线圈，拟用六轴传动的数控绝缘包带机包扎，不管线圈如何放置，或是平放，连续包扎、或是翻转，逐边包扎，通过六轴传动，包带盘的包扎中心始终与被包扎线圈的截面中心处在同一中心上。 本设备至少六轴传动。投标方可根据上述要求，结合自己的专长和经验，推出最佳的机型竞标。

2. 主要技术要求 *2.1 功能 2.1.1 绝缘带的张力可调（其值见下述包带头的要求）。 2.1.2 在所设定的整个包带范围内，带子的张力保持均衡不变。 2.1.3 精确的包扎角度控制（控制精度由投标方提出，招标方确认）及绝缘带角度的自动变换装置。每层包带结束时，云母带要保持拉紧状态并自动调整角度和方向，中间无操作环节。 2.1.4 每层叠包节距都可自由编程。叠包的节距可以是带宽的0%～75%（无级）。直线、转角、端部的叠距和张力、包扎速度可以分别设置。 2.1.5 可以根据不同类型的绝缘带和不同线圈的工艺要求，自由选择包扎速度。包扎速度0～300r/min。 2.1.6 运转平衡，噪音要低，安全光栅外设备噪音小于80分贝。 2.1.7 线圈同时满足下列三个条件，非引线端的鼻部也可以在包带机中进行包扎。条件一： 二端部夹角K大于90o（见图一）条件二： 鼻部倾斜角度β>15o（见图二）条件三： 鼻部是大弧度（塌鼻，N=-Φ/2，力争N=-Φ/4，见图三），线圈鼻子内径≥绝缘带带宽的1.5倍。具体的包扎过程是：从引线端的一个端部开始（注：此处请投标方写明在端部的什么位置），经过线圈的转角、直线部分、线圈转角、非引线端端部、非引线端鼻子、另一个非引线端端部、线圈的转角、另一边直线部分、线圈转角，一直到引线端的另一个端部 2.1.8 在包带过程中，若绝缘带断带或绝缘带用完，能自动停止绕包。 2.1.9 包带机和包带头能够包扎以下条式线棒： *2.2 控制及编程 2.2.1 控制 整机通过PLC和工业电脑控制，同时具有故障自检功能。 2.2.2 操作操作中心（触摸式荧屏）置在机身的旁边，可根据操作要求改变位置。手控装置为便携式，操作者可运用手控装置进行线圈的编程及绝缘带的安装。 2.2.3 “示教”（Teach-in） “Teach-in”可记录线圈两边的几何形状。按下“TEACH-IN”键，包带头能自动按线圈的形状运行并自动记录运行轨迹，即用包带头示教。当包带头到达线圈的包扎终端时，按下“OK”键，“示教”（Teach-in）过程即告完成。 2.2.4 编写包带程序 程序直接在“触摸屏”上进行输入。每一个数据的输入，屏幕上都有简明易懂的符号并配以文字菜单，指导操作者如何输入数据。也可用键盘输入，进行文字操作。具备中英文操作界面。编写过程简单、快捷。 所有参数都可以根据需要任意输入，每层、每处可设置叠包节距、张力、速度等。包扎端头可以形成梯度搭接。梯度搭接长度可以自由设置。 2.2.5 线圈形状记忆和包带程序 完整的线圈包带程序由输入的包带程序和由“示教”（Teach-in）过程记录的线圈外形组合而成的。 程序可以储存在硬盘上或软盘上。硬盘可以储存至少500个线圈程序。并有USB输出接口，程序可储存在移动硬盘上。 在编好的程序中，由于“示教”（Teach-in）记录线圈外形的过程是独立的，可在已有的程序中通过新的“示教”（Teach-in），并入新的线圈外形，或者利用已有的外形记录，输入新的数据，获得新的程序。 程序具有密码保护功能，不同权限的人可以打开不同的界面。 2.3 投标方提出设备调整时间、“示教”时间。 2.4 投标方提供设备故障远程诊断和通讯系统

1.1 Usage of Equipment The main insulation shall be wrapped for ring-typed shaped high voltage stator coil , you can also wrap strip bar. 1.2 Description of Equipment View of the coil forming the main insulation wrapped in after both ends of the coil after forming the nose, one end of the non-lead end of the nose, the other end is the end of the nose lead. Main technical requirements 2.1 Function 2.1.1 The tensile force of insulation band can be adjusted (refer to the specification of taping head below for its value). 2.1.2 The tensile force of the band shall be kept stable in the whole taping scope. 2.1.3 Precise control of wrapping angle (control precision shall be offered by the bidder and confirmed by the tenderer) and the automatic alteration device of the angle of insulation band. When each level of taping is used up, the mica band shall be kept strained and automatically adjust angle and direction. There is not operational procedure available in the middle stage. 2.1.4 Each pitch can be stacked package free programming. Stacked package of pitch can be the bandwidth of 0% to 75% (no grade). Straight line, corner, end of the stack distance and tension, the speed can be respectively set dressing. 2.1.5 Feel free to choose wrapping speed according to the technical requirements of the different types of insulation bands and coils.
