2.1.2.5圆片出片架前有检测及报警功能，检验圆片是否有放斜或偏离Cassette。
2.1.2.6 Cassette具有防呆及报警功能：具有传感器感应Cassette位置，放斜、放偏或放反。

2.1.2 Processing manner of equipment

2.1.2.4 The equipment has two Cassettes for Load/Unload, incoming-frame and exiting-frame of wafers are located in same direction (from down to up) and correspond one to one.
2.1.2.5 There is inspection and alarming function in front of exiting-frame to inspect if the wafers are inclined or deviated from the cassette.
2.1.2.6 Cassette has function for preventing dull and alarming: equipped with sensors to detect if the Cassette is inclined, deviated or reversed.
