上海宝华国际招标有限公司(以下称招标机构)受上海科德轧辊表面处理有限公司(以下称买方)委托，就其上海科德轧辊表面处理有限公司湛江钢铁1780热轧磨辊间BOO项目和三冷轧磨辊间BOO项目项目所需的下列货物进行国际公开招标，邀请合格投标人进行网上电子投标。

2)数量：工作辊磨床5台，轧辊自动装载系统1套;

3)主要技术参数：(1) 可加工最大工件重量10t；(2) 辊形曲线：圆柱、CVC曲线、UCM曲线、凸度；(3) 工件表面毛化后粗糙度范围：Ra0.8～8.0μm（表面无污迹、无色差，无划伤）；(4) 工件表面毛化后峰值范围：Pc 50～165/cm （C1=C2=0.63）；(5) 工件表面毛化后粗糙度精度误差：Ra 4；(6) 工件表面毛化后粗糙度、峰值数精度误差：Pc 4；(7) 电火花设备布置在自动区域内，其头架拨盘以及尾架、托架、托瓦等的调整均采用自动方式，同时托架的定位、锁紧均采用自动方式。总之，电火花设备能满足自动区域内的加工要求。其他技术要求详见招标技术文件。;

1)Requirements of Bidder’s qualification：(1)The bidder shall have the design and manufacturing performance of the products of the same type as or similar to the bid equipment.(2)As the project is complex and subject to high technical requirements, any bidder who wishes to participate in the project shall contact the tenderee to carry out technical exchanges before the bid opening. The bidder shall contact the tenderee no later than ten days before the bid opening (contact: LIU Ming, Tel: 136*****550), and carry out technical exchange. Any bidder failing to carry out technical exchange and signing technical agreement as required will be rejected.(3) The bidder must participate in the bidding of both Bid Section 1 and Bid Section 2, otherwise the bid will be invalid.
