| 3)主要技术参数：(1) 可加工最大工件重量10t；(2) 辊形曲线：圆柱、CVC曲线、UCM曲线、凸度；(3) 工件表面毛化后粗糙度范围：Ra0.8～8.0μm（表面无污迹、无色差，无划伤）；(4) 工件表面毛化后峰值范围：Pc 50～165/cm （C1=C2=0.63）；(5) 工件表面毛化后粗糙度精度误差：Ra 4；(6) 工件表面毛化后粗糙度、峰值数精度误差：Pc 4；(7) 电火花设备布置在自动区域内，其头架拨盘以及尾架、托架、托瓦等的调整均采用自动方式，同时托架的定位、锁紧均采用自动方式。总之，电火花设备能满足自动区域内的加工要求。其他技术要求详见招标技术文件。; | |||

The head rack drive plate and tail rack, bracket and apron are adjusted automatically and the bracket is positioned and locked automatically.
