The on-line test and analysis system of photoelectric micro-system has met the requirements of bidding. Funds come from fund-raising. The Chongqing Branch of China Far East International Bidding Co., Ltd. (Bidding Agent) is entrusted by the 44th Research Institute of China Electronic Science and Technology Group Corporation (Bidder) to carry out the second international open bidding procurement for the project.

1. Scope of Bidding

1.1 Goods Name: Photoelectric Microsystem Online Testing and Analysis System

1.2 Bidding Number: 0722-197FE792CQF

1.3 Equipment Function: The equipment is a new semi-automatic device for wafer testing, testing the DC characteristics, spectral characteristics, optical insertion loss, optical return loss characteristics of photoelectric devices on wafer. Manual uploading and automatic testing are required, including automatic MAP testing.

Quantity 1.4: 1 set.

1.5 Delivery Date: 4 months after the entry into force of the contract.

1.6 Project site: 102A, 23 Xiyong Avenue, Shapingba District, Chongqing.

2. Qualification requirements for bidders

2.1 Bidders have independent legal personality and provide valid business registration and other certification documents for licensing operations.

2.2 This tender accepts the agent's bidding. The agent must obtain the legal authorization of the manufacturer and provide the manufacturer's authorization.

2.3 The tender will not be accepted by the consortium.

2.4 Bidders must purchase and register bidding documents from bidding agencies before they are eligible for bidding; legal persons or other organizations entrusted to participate in pre-project consultation and preparation of bidding documents shall not participate in bidding.
