10kW光纤激光-电弧复合智能焊接系统 1套

1 该套设备适用于高强钢、钛合金、铝合金等金属的焊接。
2 该套设备适用于船舶典型结构试板和模拟件的焊接制造，典型结构试板包括对接（平板拼焊、环缝对接）和角接（平直的T型材和弧形的T型材）等形式。对接试板焊缝长度最大达2000mm；角接试板焊缝长度最大达2000mm。
3 设备在试板空间尺寸上具有进一步扩展的基础，通过简单方便的拆卸更换即可实现，而无需对现有设备进行彻底改造。
4焊接系统具有示教编程和离线编程功能，可实现空间轨迹编程，同时配有世界知名品牌的高可靠性的焊缝跟踪系统，带有自动对焦功能，可以准确完成各类空间焊缝的焦点跟踪焊接。
5 电控系统设置故障报警功能。元器件采用世界知名品牌产品。
6供电系统符合中国供电标准，额定电压380V（-5%，+10%）、频率50Hz、三相供电；或者220V、频率50Hz、二相供电。

10kW Optic Fiber Laser – Arc Compounded Intelligent Welding System 1 set

1 The equipment shall be suitable for welding high-strength steel, Ti alloy and Al alloy.
2 The equipment shall be suitable for welding specimens and dummies for typical structures of ships, incl. butting (plate split welding and circular joint butting) and angular welding (straight and arc T shapes).The max. length of the to-be-butt plates is 2,000mm; length of the to be angularly welded plate is 2,000 mm.
3 The equipment shall allow further extension on above size by simple and easy dismounting and replacement without thorough rebuilding of the existing equipment.
4 The welding system shall be furnished with teach-in and offline programming, can realize programming of spatial path, also be furnished with a weld seam tracking system of high reliability from internationally well known make, be of automatic focusing, and able to carry out accurate focus-tracked welding of various spatial weld seams.
5 The electric control system shall be furnished with fault alarming. The parts & components shall be from internationally well known makes.
6 The power supply system shall meet power supply standard from China, with rated voltage of 380 V (-5%, +10%), frequency 50Hz, 3 phases; or 220V, frequency 50Hz, and 2 phases.
