根据中国财政部和北欧投资银行就张家口雪川马铃薯深加工生产线项目签署的协议中的有关条款，中机国际招标公司经张家口雪川农业发展有限公司授权通过有限竞争招标方式采购上述项目中的设备和材料（详见后附清单）。采购款将在北欧投资银行贷款项下支付。

我们邀请：在北欧国家(丹麦、爱沙尼亚、芬兰、冰岛、拉脱维亚、立陶宛、挪威和瑞典)注册和营运的制造商或公司参与投标。北欧投资银行贷款项下的供货和工作将作为一个合同与北欧国家供货商签定。北欧投资银行贷款项下当地采购或第三国供货将包括在投标文件中，不论含在本合同还是分合同，将与北欧国家供货商一起提交给买方。商品的主要来源为北欧国家。北欧投资银行贷款项下的供货中中国和第三国比例最高为合同金额的50％。

CMC International Tendering Co. entrusted by the purchaser, invites sealed bids from eligible suppliers home and abroad for the supply of the following goods and/or service by way of International Competitive Bidding and traditional bidding.

1.Name of Products/Equipment, Quantity, and Main Technical Data:
In accordance with the Agreement concerning terms and conditions for Loan Agreement between Ministry of Finance of P.R. China and Nordic Investment Bank (NIB) for, Zhangjiakou SnowValley Potato Production Line Project, CMC International Tendering Corp is authorized by Zhangjiakou SnowValley Agricultural Development Co., Ltd. to purchase, by way of limited competitive bidding (LCB), the Equipment and Materials for the above mentioned project (details as per list below). The payment for the purchases shall be made under NIB Loan.

We hereby invite: The Manufacturers or Companies registered and operated in Nordic Country (Denmark, Estonia, Finland, Iceland, Latvia, Lithuania，Norway and Sweden) to participate in the bid. Supply of goods and works financed under NIB Loan shall be tendered and Contracted as one Contract with a Nordic supplier/Contractor. Any local or third countries supplies and works to be financed under NIB Loan shall be included in this tendering whether in this Contract or in sub-supplies or sub-Contracts, with Nordic supplier/Contractor being-responsible towards the Buyer. The main source for the commodity is from Nordic Country. Supply of the goods and works financed under NIB Loan can be Max 50% Chinese origin and/ or third countries in the total Contract amount.
