矿国际招标有限责任公司受买方委托对下列产品及服务进行国际公开竞争性招标。于2011年01月21日在中国国际招标网公告。 本次招标采用非电子招标方式，现邀请合格投标人参加投标。

柴油发电机组，40套
2、招标文件售价：每包740美元/每份或5000元人民币/每份。邮购标书另付100元人民币或50美元，售后不退。投标人购买招标文件时，需将标书款电汇至五矿国际招标有限责任公司四川分公司帐户，并提供以下资料：1、投标人营业执照正本、副，本复印件各壹份（加盖投标人公章）。2、投标人对购买人的授权书壹份（加盖投标人公章）。3、如果投标人按照合同提供的货物不是投标人自己制造的，投标人应得到货物制造商或货物制造商在中国地区合法授权机构同意其在本次投标中提供该货物的正式授权书原件4、购买人身份证复印件壹份（加盖投标人公章）。如投标人在投标截止时间前未在中国国际招标网完成注册、认证、年检工作，其投标文件将在开标时予以拒绝。

2.Price of Bidding Documents: Non-refundable payment of USD740 or RMB5000 for each package. For mail service, an extra postage fee of RMB100 or USD50. When the bidder purchases the bidding documents, the bidder must pay the bidding documents fee to Minimetals International Co., Ltd. Sichuan Branch account by T/T and provide the datum as following: 1, one piece of the copy of the bidders oringel and duplicate business license original with the bidder’s common seal. 2, one piece of the bidder to purchases persons power of attorney with the bidder’s common seal. 3, If the bidder provide the goods is not produce by oneself according to the contract, the bidder should obtain original power of attorney from the manufacturer or the manufacturer in the Chinese area legitimate authorization organization agreed it. 4, one piece of copy of the purchases persons ID card with the bidder’s common seal.If the bidder not complete the registration, certification, inspection work before the Deadline for Submitting Bids Time, the bid documents will be rejected when the bid opening.
