国信招标集团有限公司（以下简称“招标代理机构”）受天威新能源（成都）硅片有限公司的委托，就“天威新能源（成都）硅片有限公司年产1GW太阳能级多晶硅片生产线建设项目”的下列货物和相关服务进行国际竞争性公开招标，现邀请合格投标人参加投标。

Guoxin Tendering Group Co., LTD. (hereinafter referred to as “Bidding agency”) entrusted by Tianwei New Energy(Chengdu)Wafer Co., Ltd, invites sealed bids from eligible suppliers home and abroad for the supply of the following goods and/or service of “Tianwei new energy (chengdu) wafers Co., LTD produces 1GW of sun level polysilicon slice production line construction project.

1． 招标货物名称、数量、主要技术参数、交货时间及交货地点(详见招标文件)

2． 招标文件售价：第01包300元人民币/包或60美元/包；第02包300元人民币/包或60美元/包；第03包2000元人民币/包或400美元/包；第04包500元人民币/包或90美元/包；第05包300元人民币/包或60美元/包。如需邮购，请在见到本招标公告后，将购招标文件款及邮费汇至下述招标代理机构指定的帐户，并请将贵公司购买招标文件的接收地址、联系人、电话、传真、邮编及汇款回执传真给我公司，我公司在收到贵公司的传真后，立即用特快专递将招标文件邮寄给贵公司指定的招标文件接收地址及联系人。邮寄费国内另收100元人民币，国外另收50美元。招标文件售后不退。

04,RMB 500 yuan /USD: 90 dollars;05, RMB 300 yuan /USD: 60 dollars

If you need a mail-order , please remit the payment of bidding document to the following bidding agency designated account after seeing the tender notice, and please send us a fax of your receiving address of buying the bidding document, contact person, telephone, fax, zip code and remittance receipt. The bidding document will be posted as soon as possible to your designated receiving address and contact person by the express as your fax has been received.

The domestic Postage fees is extra charged 100 yuan and the foreign is $50. The tender documents after-sales is not refund. The bidders should indicate the biding numbers of the bid project, otherwise, the money purposes unknown would cause bidding invalid and it shall be assumed by the tender.

3． 购买招标文件时间：即日起，每天上午8：30-11：30，下午13：30-16：30（北京时间，法定节假日除外）至投标截止时间。

Time of Selling Bidding Documents: 8:30a.m.-11:30a.m.and 13:30 pm-16:30pm (Beijing Time), everyday from now on (except Saturday, Sunday and public holidays) till the deadline for submitting bids.

5． 投标截止时间和开标时间：2011年4月12日上午9：30（北京时间），逾期递交的投标文件恕不接受。

The interested eligible tenders can get further information and inspect the bidding documents from Guoxin Tendering Group Co., LTD. If the above time and place has been changed, the bidding agency would notice the tenders in written form.

9. 投标厂商网上注册：根据商务部有关规定，投标人在购买招标文件后应及时注册，并将《供货商注册登记表》打印并加盖公章或法人代表签字后邮寄给网站，同时传真给国信招标集团有限公司备案。
