PURCHASE OF ANCHOR(LOCAL) IN THE 17KM CANAL PROJECT IN CENTRAL SRI LANKA

TENDER NOTICE

根据《中华人民共和国招投标法》等相关法律法规的有关规定，中建六局有限公司对斯里兰卡中部省17KM水渠项目工程所需锚杆（属地）物资采购进行公开招标，诚邀符合资格要求、能提供优质服务的供应商参加投标及洽谈采购合作事宜。

According to the relevant regulations of the People"s Republic of China Bidding Law and other relevant laws and regulations, China Construction Sixth Bureau Co., Ltd. publicly invites the procurement of crushed ANCHOR(local) materials required for the 17KM canal project in Central Sri Lanka. Suppliers who are required to provide quality services participate in bidding and negotiate procurement cooperation matters.

一、工程概况（PROJECT OVERVIEW）

1、工程名称：斯里兰卡中部省17KM水渠项目

3、工程简述：斯里兰卡西北省水渠开发项目总长91公里，是由亚行资金支持，为解决西北省Kurunegala地区12500公顷农田的灌溉需求，将Dambulu Oya和Nalanda水库的水输送到农田灌溉区，预计年输送量1.3亿立方米。

3、Brief description of the project: The total length of the waterway development project in the northwestern province of Sri Lanka is 91 km. It is supported by ADB funds. To solve the irrigation needs of 12,500 hectares of farmland in the Kurunegala area of the northwestern province, the water from the Dambulu Oya and Nalanda reservoirs is transported to the farmland irrigation area. The delivery volume is 130 million cubic meters.

Nebadagahawatta到Mahakithula水库的主水渠及进水隧道项目即是该工程一期的一部分，工程内容包括17公里的主水渠及隧洞，其中隧道长度1.44公里，沿线包括部分桥梁和涵洞。

The main canal and inlet tunnel project from Nebadagahawatta to Mahakithula Reservoir is part of the first phase of the project. The project consists of a 17-kilometer main canal and tunnel, of which the tunnel is 1.44 km long and includes some bridges and culverts along the route.

四、投标人应具备的资格条件(THE QUALIFICATIONS THAT THE BIDDER SHOULD HAVE)

1、本次招标要求投标人须具有资格：具有斯里兰卡企业独立法人资格，持有当地工商行政管理部门核发并通过最近年检的法人营业执照，营业执照经营范围必须涵盖招标产品的制作或销售。

1、The bidding requires bidders to be qualified: with the independent legal person status of Sri Lankan enterprises, holding the business license of the legal person issued by the local industry and commerce administration department and passing the recent annual inspection. The business scope of the business license must cover the production or sale of the bidding products.

经资格审查入围的供应商，经通知可直接登录中国建筑集中采购网络交易投标平台或云筑网上下载招标文件，并依据招标文件要求于投标截止日前进行网上投标。

Suppliers who have passed the qualification review may directly log in to the China Construction Centralized Purchasing Network Trading Bidding Platform or Yunzhu Online to download the bidding documents, and submit online bidding according to the requirements of the bidding documents before the bid deadline.
