现邀请合格投标人参加投标。
1.招标产品的名称、数量及主要技术参数
招标产品的名称、数量：
A包：铝铸锭锯床生产线 一条；
B包：铝铸锭铣床生产线 一条。
主要技术参数：详见招标文件第七章及技术文件中标注“*”条款。
2.招标文件售价：每包3000元人民币或450美元，售后不退。若邮购，请按下述国信招标集团有限公司的地址汇款，
汇款单上应注明汇款用途、所购文件的招标编号，然后将汇款单复印件、购买单位名称、详细通讯地址、
电话、传真及联系人等内容传真给我公司。我公司收到传真后，将尽快用特快专递将招标文件邮寄给要求邮购方。
邮寄费国内另收80元人民币，国外另收50美元。
3.购买招标文件时间：
即日起，每天8：30-17：00时（北京时间，节假日除外）
购买文件时务必提供：营业执照注册号、单位名称、地址、联系电话、传真、邮编、移动电话、主营业务、
法定代表人、注册资本、资质等级等有效企业信息。
4.购买招标文件地点：山东省济南市解放路30-1号国华大厦1316室。
5.投标截止时间和开标时间：
2011年6月8日上午9时30分（北京时间）。
届时请参加投标的代表出席开标仪式。
6.开标地点：邹平县黛溪山庄三楼5号会议室。
7.投标文件的递交：投标文件须密封后于（开标当日）投标截止时间前递至开标地点。
逾期送达或不符合规定的投标文件恕不接受。

NOTICE OF INVITATION FOR BID

GUOXIN TENDERING GROUP Who is entrusted by the purchaser, now invites sealed bids from eligible
suppliers home and abroad for the supply of the following goods and services founded by self
investment by way of International Competitive Bidding.
1. Name of Products/Equipment, Quantity, and Main Technical Data:

A package: aluminium ingot sawing line 1 set;
B package: aluminium ingot scalping line 1 set.
Main technical parameter: Refer to the item of remarks "*" in bidding document Chapter VII
and the technical document.
2. Price of Bidding Documents: 450USD (3000RMB) every package. For express mail order, please
remit total amount to the following address of GUOXIN TENDERING GROUP, and fax the copy
of remittance, stating bid number, project name, bidder’s detailed address, contact person,
telephone number, fax number and zip code as well as packages of the bidding documents
requested .Our company will promptly dispatch the bidding documents by EMS to the relative
companies who ask for mail order after receiving their fax. The postage paid for inland
mail should be paid 80 RMB in addition, and postage for overseas mail should be paid 50
USD in addition.
3. Time of Selling Bidding Documents: 8:30a.m-5:00p.m. (Beijing Time), everyday from now on
(except Saturday, Sunday and public holidays).
4. Place of Selling Bidding Documents: Room 1316, Guohua Mansion (No.30-1, Jiefang Road, Shandong Jinan, China.）
5. The Deadline for Submitting Bids/Time of Bid Opening (Beijing Time): 9:30 AM on 6/8/2011(Beijing Time).
We will reject the overdue documents and unqualified documents.
