2.资格标准：

（1）投标人所投标的UPS应为制造商的成熟产品，买方不接受新试制产品。投标人所投产品在投标截止日前十年内应具有至少两台套（设备容量≥60KVA）在海洋环境条件下（海洋石油平台、FPSO）运行一年及以上（从调试验收报告签字日期或使用方出具的运行时间证明文件起计）的业绩，并提供相应的书面材料（书面材料是指:合同及调试验收报告或合同及使用方出具的有效证明文件）；上述文件中如未包含设备所在设施的名称及使用方信息，投标人应提供有效说明文件。投标人本次投标的UPS产品型号应与业绩证明文件中UPS产品型号相同。

3. 有兴趣的合格投标人可通过以下方式获取招标文件：

从2019年8月29日开始至2019年9月9日止，在中国海油采办业务管理与交易系统（https://buy.cnooc.com.cn/cbjyweb/）购买招标文件（电子版）。投标人须在线填写购买招标文件登记表，并在线支付标书款至指定账户。在线支付成功后，投标人可自行下载招标文件。招标文件每套售价为2000元人民币或300美元（收款人：中化建国际招标有限责任公司，美元开户行：交通银行北京分行和平里支行，美元账号：****************07037，SWIFTCODE:COMMCNSHBJG），售后不退。未在本系统领购招标文件，不得参加投标。

4. 投标文件递交截止时间和地点：所有投标文件都应附有按规定提交的投标保证金，并于2019年9月19日10:00时（北京时间）前递交至北京市东城区东直门外小街6号海油大厦4层418会议室。

5. 开标时间：定于2019年9月19日10:00时（北京时间）开标。届时请参加投标的代表出席开标仪式。 开标地点：北京市东城区东直门外小街6号海油大厦4层418会议室。

2. QualificationRequirements:

★The UPS that biddersupplied shall be the manufacturer"s standard products. The newly trial prototypeequipment is NOT acceptable. Since in recent 10 years to the bid deadlineThe products（RatedCapacity ≥60KVA）shall be applied and run in atleast two sets which had been operated successfully in marine environment （Offshore Oil Platform or FPSO ）for one years or more（from the signature date ofcommissioning acceptance report or the certificate of operation time issued bythe user）.Biddershall submit relevant paper document (contract and commissioning acceptancereport, or contract and the effective certificate issued by the user). If thename of the facility and the user’s information are not included in the above documents, the biddershall provide the valid documentation. The model of UPS in the bidder"s biddingthis time shall be the same as the model of UPS in the performance certificate.

3.
