北京航空航天大学沙河校区图书馆设计竞赛公告

中招国际招标有限公司受北京航空航天大学委托对沙河校区图书馆新建工程组织设计竞赛，诚邀国内外建筑师或建筑设计公司或事务所参加竞赛。

一、项目背景

北京航空航天大学（简称北航）成立于1952年，位列世界一流大学建设高校、211工程、985工程重点建设高校。北航沙河校区位于位于北京市昌平沙河高教园区，占地约1463亩，图书馆位于校园规划核心区域，是校区标志建筑。

图书馆项目规划建筑面积44206平方米，用以实现图书阅览、学术会议、文化交流、展览与国际合作等功能，使之成为具有鲜明时代特征和文化品味的现代化图书馆，成为承载北航校园历史与文化的创新基地。

二、项目概况

三、规划指标

1、建设用地规模：约13800㎡。

2、建筑控制规模（地上建筑规模）：≤30406㎡

3、建筑使用性质：图书馆、档案与文博馆

4、建筑控制高度：5层,32米

5、绿化率：≥44%（校园统一核算）

四、参赛资格

1、具有执业资格的建筑师或建筑设计公司或事务所。

2、注册地在港澳台或中国境外的参赛人，需在中国国内有常驻办事处或办公地点。

3、参赛人须具有图书馆类公用建筑设计经验。

4、允许联合体参与竞赛。

5、 报名单位超过5家时，将对各参赛人进行资格审查，优选5家参赛人参与本次竞赛。

五、报名时间：2019年10月28日至2019年11月4日每天9：00-17：00。

报名方式：可以到下述报名地点直接报名也可以通过邮件方式报名（电汇报名费和邮寄报名材料）。

报名地点：北京市海淀区中关村资本大厦906A(学院南路62号)

报名费用：300元人民币

报名材料包括但不限于：

（1）执业资格证明（个人或境外事务所）或公司营业执照或类似相关证明材料

（2）近五年（2014年1月至今）类似的公共建筑设计项目业绩，附照片或图片。

（3）项目总设计师从业履历、奖项说明

（4）联合体或参赛人组成情况说明

（5）宣传册或其他简介

以上资料一式两份，建议（1）、（2）、（3）和（4）内容装订成册，电子版发送至邮箱********7@qq.com。装订成册的文件封面须加盖报名单位公章；个人或境外事务所须负责人签字；若联合体投标须联合体主体加盖单位公章。

六、设计竞赛文件领取：资格审查后，将向通过审查的参赛人发出邀请和设计竞赛文件。

七、设计补偿方案为：经专家评审，所有方案将被评为金奖一名、银奖一名和优秀奖三名。金奖方案的设计补偿为人民币70万元整，银奖方案的设计补偿为人民币40万元整，每个优秀奖方案的设计补偿为人民币20万元整，其中涉及的税费由各参赛人自理。

八、各参赛人自提交参赛方案起，设计成果归北京航空航天大学所有。

Design Competition for Library of Beihang University

China CNTC International Tendering Corporation is authorized by Beihang University to organize a Design Competition for Library Construction in the Suburban Shahe Campus. Invite architects, architectural design institutes or office both at home and abroad to join in the competition.

1. Project Background

Beihang University was founded in 1952，which is a world-class university rooted in China. In 1997, Beihang was chosen into Project 211 for Higher Education. In 2001, Beihang became one of the universities in Project 985 for Higher Education. The suburban Shahe campus is located in Shahe Higher Education Park, Changping district ,Beijing, covers an area of1463acres. The library is the Landmark building of the suburban Shahe campus，located in core area.

With a total area of 44,206 square meters, the library is used for functions such as book reading, academic conferences, cultural exhibitions and international cooperation, making it a modern library with distinctive characteristics and cultural tastes.

4. Qualification Requirements For Competitor

1) Architects, architectural design institutes or companies with professional qualification.

2) For competitor registered in Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan, or foreign countries, should have permanent institutions or office in China.

3) The competitor should have design experience of Library Building.

4) Theconsortiumcompetitoris accepted.

5) If there are more than 5 applicants, we will select 5 competitors according to join the competition.

5. Application time： Form October 28, 2019 at 9 a.m. to 17:00 p.m. (Beijing time) to November 4, 2019 at 9 a.m. to 17:00 p.m. every day (except holidays).

4) Consortium agreement or Composition description

5) Brochure or other brief introduction

Note: Application documents should be provided in duplicate. Personal or overseas office must be signed by the person in charge. In case of joint bid, the main body of the joint bid should be affixed with the official seal of the unit.

Competition document：We will send invitation and competition document to five competitors that pass the Qualification Examination.

7. Design compensation scheme：There will be one gold award, one silver award and three excellence awards. There will be 700,000 RMB for gold award, 400,000 RMB for silver award and 200,000 RMB for each excellence award. All tax arising therefrom shall be borne by competitors.

8. The design results belong to the Beijing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics from the date of competition scheme submitted by competitors.
