Potential Bidders Invitation for Civil and Installation Work at Mining and Processing Area of Dairi Lead-Zinc Mine

中色（印尼）达瑞矿业有限公司（中国有色金属建设股份有限公司和印尼布密资源公司的合资公司）计划近期就采选工业场地地表土建与安装工程进行招标。在正式招标前，DPM拟邀请各潜在投标人提前了解本项目情况并提交投标兴趣函。

现就相关情况介绍如下：

PT DAIRI PRIMA MINERAL (DPM), a joint venture company contributed by China Nonferrous Metal Industry’s Foreign Engineering and Construction Co., Ltd (NFC) and PT Bumi Resources Minerals Tbk (BRM), plans a tender invitation for Civil and Installation Work at Mining and Processing Area of its Indonesia Dairi Lead-Zinc Mine Project in the near future. Before formal bidding, DPM intends to invite potential bidders to have an early understanding of the project and submit a letter of interest.

Project introduction

达瑞铅锌矿位于印度尼西亚苏门答腊岛西北部，距离印尼第三大城市棉兰约120公里。业主方为中色（印尼）达瑞矿业有限公司（DPM）。项目设计生产规模为100×104t/a，服务年限9年。

Dairi Zn-Pb mine is located at the northwest of Sumatra, Indonesia, about 120km away from Medan (the third largest city of Indonesia). DPM is the owner of the project. The design capacity of the project is 100×104t/a, with life of mine being 9 years.

本次招标邀请函工程范围为采选工业场地建安工程，详细情况 见附件1（印尼铅锌矿项目地表土建与安装工程招标说明）。

The scope of work under this tender invitation letter covers Civil and Installation Work at Mining and Processing Area , as detailed in Annex 1（Tender Information for Civil and Installation Project of Dairi Lead-Zinc Mine）.

2 投标人资质要求（包括但不限于）：

Qualification required(including but not limited to)

（1）投标人必须具备印度尼西亚矿山工程建设相关资质，并满足相关安全生产要求。

The bidder must have the qualification for mine construction project in Indonesia and meet the requirements of related safety production.

（2）投标人必须具备2014年1月1日至今类似矿山选厂工程施工项目业绩。

The bidder must have the performance experience of similar mine processing plant construction project from January 1,2014 till now.

3投标兴趣函的要求

Requirement onletter of interest

有兴趣参加正式投标的潜在投标人需在2019年11月17日15:00（雅加达时间）前通过电子邮件向我公司提交正式投标兴趣函，投标兴趣函应包括以下内容：

Bidders, who would like to participate in the formal bidding, is required to submit a letter of interest by email to our company prior to15:00 (Jakarta time)November 17, 2019. The letter of interest should include the following content:

3.1参加本项目正式投标的承诺；

A commitment to participate in formal bidding;

3.2说明拟参与投标的方式

Stating the proposed way of participation

（1）独立承包（在印尼有相应注册机构并在印尼取得相应施工资质，且本企业或关联企业真正拥有相应的施工能力）

Independent contractor (having corresponding agent registered in Indonesia and having acquired relevant construction qualification, what’s more, the enterprise or its affiliated enterprise actually has corresponding construction ability.)

（2）联合体（在印尼有相应注册机构并在印尼取得相应施工资质，可与其他拥有相应的施工能力的施工企业联合）

Consortium (having corresponding agent registered in Indonesia; and have acquired relevant construction qualification, and can unite with other construction companies which have corresponding construction ability.)

3.3提供拟投标人相关情况

Providing relevant information on bidders

请拟投标人如实填写拟投标人基本情况表（附件2）。

The bidders shall truthfully fill in the basic information of potential bidders (Annex 2).
