涂装车间上涂、清漆、中涂文丘里管道堵塞不能达到处理油漆的功能，造成现有内喷区域与外喷区域水流非常小。喷涂产生的废油漆附着在槽体，造成管道堵死腐蚀断裂，漆渣排不出会累积造成淌水板损坏及排气系统设备腐蚀损坏，产生臭气对车间环境造成影响。且水幕没有水循环漆渣吸回三楼给气系统，造成ASU滤网堵塞严重，冷热交换器盘管堵塞严重影响到风平衡，对生产品质有极大的影响，故需改造文丘里会输管道，清洗部分管路
