bids from eligible bidders to bid for the following

Project Name: Inner Mongolia Tongliao Beiqinghe 300MW
Wind Power Plant Concession Project
Project Site: Kailu, Tongliao City, Inner Mongolia
Autonomous Region, China
Project Contents: to Design, Invest in, Build, Operate,
Maintain and Dismantle a 300MW Wind Power Plant
Concession Period: 25 years (including 4 years building
period)
2. Interested eligible bidders may obtain further
information from and inspect the bidding documents at
the office of China Machinery & Equipment International
Tendering Co., Ltd.
3. All those who are willing to participate in the bids
are kindly requested to contact Rm1201, Zhongshe
Mansion, No.178, Guanganmenwai Street, Xuanwu District,
Beijing, China to obtain bidding documents between 9:00
– 11:30 and 13:30 -16:30 (Beijing time) from August 21,
2007 to October 29, 2007 (except Saturdays, Sundays and
holidays), upon a non-refundable payment of RMB 28000.00
yuan or US$ 3800.00 for each complete set of bidding
documents. For mail order, please add RMB500 yuan
(within China) or USD120 (outside China) for each set.
4. Bids must be delivered to Rm.1201, Zhongshe Mansion,

China at or before 10:00a.m. (Beijing time) on Novenmber
