中化商务有限公司受航天材料及工艺研究所的委托对下列产品及服务进行国际公开招标。现邀请潜在投标人参加投标。

1.招标产品的名称、数量、技术规格、资金来源：

自动铺丝设计软件 1套

技术规格：

（1）可以直接读取CATIA V5、STEP、NX、CREO几何模型；

（2）具有丰富的铺层轨迹生成的驱动方法，可以满足用户不同需求。铺层轨迹驱动方法包括自然法（Natural），测地线法（Geodesic），花环法（Rosette Rule），支持和指定一条或者多条曲线平行或成固定角度；

（3）铺层轨迹生成后，可以对生成的铺丝路径进行分析和检查，将有问题的地方以不同颜色标识或云图形式呈现给用户。可以分析检查如：铺层间隙、铺层搭接宽度、铺层角度、最小拖曳半径及是否超过铺层压辊的最大伸缩量；

2.资质要求：

（1）非软件开发公司的投标人应获得软件开发公司的有效授权，须提供正本；

（2）投标人需提供有效的营业执照和税务登记（如适用）证明文件；

（3）制造商具有完善的质量管理体系，并提供有效的质量管理体系认证证明文件（如ISO9001等）；

（4）境内投标人应提供有效的银行基本账户开户许可证或基本账户信息证明文件复印件；

（5）设备制造商应具有本次所投标设备近3年的销售业绩，并提供业绩清单；

3.交货的地点和时间：北京用户现场/合同生效后1个月内完成现场安装，7个月内完成安装调试、培训并开始试运行，8个月内完成终验收并正式交付使用。

4.招标文件售价：每包每套1000元人民币或160美元，文件售后不退。（邮购须另加100元人民币或20美元）。任何未在中化商务有限公司领购招标文件的法人或其他组织均不得参加投标。

SINOCHEM COMMERCE CO., LTD. was commissioned by Aerospace Materials and Technology Research Institute to conduct international public bidding for the following products and services. Potential bidders are invited to participate in the bidding.

Automatic wire laying design software 1 set

Technical specifications:

(1) Can directly read CATIA V5, STEP, NX, CREO geometric models;

(2) It has rich driving methods for generating layer trajectories, which can meet different needs of users. Layer trajectory driving methods include natural method, geodesic method, rosette method, support and specify one or more curves parallel or at a fixed angle;

(3) After the layering trajectory is generated, the generated layering path can be analyzed and checked, and the problematic areas can be presented to the user in different colors or cloud images. Can be analyzed and checked, such as: ply gap, ply overlap , ply angle, minimum drag radius, and whether the maximum expansion and contraction of the ply roller is exceeded;

2．Qualification requirements：

(1) Bidders who are not software development companies shall obtain valid authorization from the software development company and must provide originals;

(2) The bidder shall provide a copy of a valid business license or business registration certificate;

(3) The manufacturer has a complete quality management system and provides effective quality management system certification documents (such as ISO9001);

(4) Domestic bidders should provide a copy of a valid bank basic account account opening license or basic account information certification documents;

(5) The equipment manufacturer should have the sales performance of the equipment bid for the past 3 years and provide a performance list;

3．Delivery time and place: Beijing user site / On-site installation will be completed within 1 month after the contract takes effect, installation and commissioning, training and trial operation will be completed within 7 months, and final acceptance will be completed within 8 months and officially delivered for use.

4．The price of bidding documents: RMB 1000 or USD $160 per package, and the documents will not be returned. (mail order must be 100 yuan or $20). Any legal person or other organization that has not purchased the bid invitation documents in SINOCHEM COMMERCE CO., LTD.
