简要规则描述：（1）临港新片区智能网联专家委活动运营服务。不定期组织委员会成员对临港新片区智能网联相关工作进行评估与指导，全年围绕智能网联开展不少于2次专家委活动，深入探讨行业技术、政策导向等主题，与行业专家、咨询研讨新片区智能网联产业发展态势，为新片区智能网联发展提出切实可行的技术发展和产业政策建议。（2）临港新片区智能网联专题沙龙运营服务。面向管委会政策研究和智能网联企业发展需求，邀请智能网联专家委成员团队开展不少于2次专题沙龙和不少于2次专题访谈，为新片区带来行业经验和专业资源分享。专题沙龙主题包括但不限于智能网联城市政策法规与标准制定、智能网联应用场景创新与落地、智能网联城市数据治理与隐私保护、车路云一体化发展模式与运营案例等。（3）开展专题调研分析，动态更新新片区智能网联发展行动方案，提出发展重点的政策建议，适应新时期智能网联技术和产业发展要求。响应国家、上海市及新片区的智能网联汽车、车路云一体化试点等新阶段的战略目标和发展要求，适应智能网联建设的技术环境、政策环境、城市环境变化趋势，提出重点应用领域建议，指导应用场景建设推进。（具体详见第三章项目概况及服务需求）
Brief Specification Description:1) Lingang New Area Intelligent Network Connection Expert Committee Activity Operation Service. Regularly organize committee members to evaluate and guide the intelligent networking related work in Lingang New Area. Conduct no less than 2 expert committee activities around intelligent networking throughout the year, deeply explore industry technology, policy orientation and other topics, consult and discuss the development trend of the intelligent networking industry in the new area with industry experts, and provide practical and feasible technical development and industrial policy suggestions for the development of intelligent networking in the new area. (2) Lingang New Area Intelligent Network Connection Special Salon Operation Service. In response to the policy research of the management committee and the development needs of intelligent connected enterprises, invite the members of the intelligent connected expert committee team to conduct no less than 2 special salons and no less

(c)Specific qualification requirements for this program:3. It must be a legal entity or an unincorporated organization established within the territory of China in accordance with the law (this project does not accept branch companies participating in procurement activities in their own name); 4. This procurement does not accept consortium responses and does not allow contract transfer or subcontracting.
