Should any party concerned have objection to the results of the bid evaluation, they might, within three days from the date of publication of the results, make a query in written form to the bid inviter (with signature of the legal representative and official seal of the company). The query shall be submitted by the legal representative or the authorized representative in person, both of whom shall carry their identity cards (original), besides, the authorized representative is required to present a letter of authorization. Submission by means of mail or fax will be rejected, and late submissions will also be rejected.
