Brief specification description or basic overview of the project: The operation and maintenance services of the Pudong New Area smart government general platform include the operation and maintenance services of the collaborative office system, the street and town through train, the DingTalk mailbox, and the platform base. In order to ensure the continuous, stable and normal operation of the Pudong New Area smart government general platform, it is now planned to select a qualified unit to provide operation and maintenance services for the platform through an open method. Bidders participating in this bidding can bid for one package or multiple packages at the same time, but each bidder can only win one package for the above packages.

Brief specification description or basic overview of the project: The independent controllable self-built cloud infrastructure platform of China (Shanghai) Free Trade Zone was accepted in 2021, and since its launch, it has become an important infrastructure for informatization in the new area, providing basic software and hardware support for the application system adapted and transformed by various commissions and offices in the new area, and has carried and operated dozens of production business systems of more than 20 commission-run units. Bidders participating in this bidding can bid for one package or multiple packages at the same time, but each bidder can only win one package for the above packages.
合同履约期限：各包件预算金额所涵盖的服务期限为2025年01月01日至2025年12月31日。本次采购工作完成前由原服务商继续履行服务，如本次中标人非原服务商，则新中标人按照中标价折算支付给原服务单位相应的服务费用，费用按中标总价/365*原单位服务天数计算。
The Contract Period: The period of service covered by the budget amount for each package is from 01.01.2025 to 31.12.2025. If the winning bidder is not the original service provider, the new winning bidder will pay the corresponding service fee to the original service unit according to the winning bid price, and the cost will be calculated according to the total bid price/365 * service days of the original unit.
