Brief specification description or basic overview of the project:The project intends to select a qualified supplier to complete the monitoring of changes in the land inspection management unit through an open way, and the main work content is: taking the land inspection management unit as the basic monitoring object, taking cultivated land as the monitoring focus, based on high-frequency, full-coverage high-resolution satellite remote sensing images, and using remote sensing image intelligent monitoring technology to realize efficient and targeted monitoring of the current situation and changes of cultivated land in the region. By providing a full range of data and technical support, it helps to improve the efficiency of land management. (For details, please refer to Chapter 3 Procurement Requirements)
合同履约期限：自合同签订之日起至2025年12月31日前完成。
The Contract Period:from the date of signing the contract to December 31, 2025.

(b)Qualification requirements to be met to implement government procurement policies:(1) Policies to support small and medium-sized enterprises: This project is not specifically for small and medium-sized enterprises to procure, and small and micro enterprise products enjoy a 10% price discount during the review; (2) Welfare units for the disabled, and treat them as small and micro enterprises.
(c)本项目的特定资格要求：（3）须具备自然资源主管部门依法颁发的《测绘资质证书》，资质等级须为#级及其以上，业务范围包括摄影测量与遥感等专业；
（4）须系我国境内依法设立的法人或非法人组织；
（5）本项目不允许转包。
(c)Specific qualification requirements for this program:(3) Must have the "Surveying and Mapping Qualification Certificate" issued by the competent department of natural resources in accordance with the law, and the qualification level must be Grade B or above, and the business scope includes photogrammetry and remote sensing and other majors;
(4) It must be a legal person or unincorporated organization established in accordance with the law within the territory of China;
(5) Subcontracting is not allowed for this project.
