中化建国际招标有限责任公司受招标人委托对下列产品及服务进行国际公开竞争性招标，于2023-06-26在公告。本次招标采用传统招标方式，现邀请合格投标人参加投标。

项目概况:随着海上勘探逐步向深层和潜山推进，深层和潜山岩石类型复杂多样，储层类型多、成岩矿物类型多。对储层成因机理、矿物成岩温度、矿物形成时间等方面的实验需求十分迫切。通过建设矿物原位分析与成因分析实验手段，形成储层原位成因实验技术体系，有效支撑公司自主创新能力和核心竞争能力建设。

A．如果投标人为境内注册公司，投标人需提供合法有效的企业法人营业执照、税务登记证及组织机构代码证或证照合一的营业执照；
如果投标人为境外注册公司，需提供有效的公司登记注册证明；


A．The bidder within the customs territory shall provide valid independent legal person business license, tax registration certificate, organization code certificate, or combined certificate and business license;
The bidder outside the customs territory shall provide valid certificate to prove valid business registration certificate.

B. 制造商应通过ISO9001（或GB/T*****）质量体系认证。投标人须提供制造商有效的质量体系认证证书；

（2）业绩要求Requirement for Bidders reference:
2020年1月1日至投标截止日（以合同签署时间为准），投标人所投产品的制造商应具有至少2个同位素比质谱仪主机供货合同和2个在线碳酸盐团簇同位素自动样品制备系统装置供货合同的供货业绩，且均满足 业绩产品品牌和型号与投标产品一致。
From January 1th, 2020 to the deadline for submission of bids (subject to the time of signing the contract), the manufacturer of the products submitted by the bidder shall have at least 2 supply contracts for isotope ratio mass spectrometer and 2 supply contracts for on-line automatic sample preparation system for carbonate clumped isotope supply performance, and the brand and model of the performance product are consistent with the bidding product.

投标人须按规定格式提交业绩表，并提交相关业绩证明文件。业绩证明文件包括但不限于：1）销售合同复印件（含相关技术附件）和2）到货验收材料。投标人所提交的业绩证明文件必须至少体现以下内容：合同签署时间、制造商名称、货物名称、 业绩产品品牌和型号与投标产品一致 及到货验收材料。

The Bidder shall furnish reference List in given form, and provide corresponding documentary evidence. The documentary evidence shall include but not limited to: 1) copies of sales contract (including technical appendix) and 2) Receiving certificate of arrival of goods. The reference evidence certification furnished by Bidder shall as least demonstrate the content show as follows: Date of signing contract, name of manufacturer, name of Goods, the brand and model of the performance product are consistent with the bidding product and receiving certificate of arrival of goods.
未提交业绩证明文件，或所提供的业绩证明文件无法体现合同签署时间、制造商名称、货物名称、 业绩产品品牌和型号与投标产品一致及到货验收材料的，均视为无效业绩。
If no documentary evidence furnished, or documentary evidence furnished can not demonstrate Date of signing Contract, name of manufacturer, name of Goods, the brand and model of the performance product are consistent with the bidding product and receiving certificate of arrival of goods, the relevant reference will be deemed invalid.
